Dr. Klaas Stol
Dr Klaas-Jan Stol is a Senior Lecturer with the School of Computer Science and Information Technology at University College Cork, Ireland. His research interests include software development processes (such as agile methods, open source and inner source) and social processes in software engineering (such as onboarding, technology adoption). He also focuses on research methodology and has published studies using various qualitative and quantitative methods. He holds a PhD from the University of Limerick and a MSc from the University of Groningen.
