Responsible Time and Tech in an Accelerated Digitised World (ROSETTA)

ROSETTA is an innovative fellowship programme co-ordinated by the University of Galway. The programme is co-funded by LERO, the Research Ireland Centre for Software, the European Commission’s Marie Sklodowska Curie Actions (MSCA) COFUND scheme and the University of Galway. ROSETTA fellows will be provided with the highest quality research environment and a training programme where they will critically examine the development, use and regulation of technology from a time perspective across all aspects of life from children, people with disabilities, people in the workplace, to healthcare and social inclusion for older people.

ROSETTA’s inaugural cohort of fellows has now been recruited, bringing together a talented community of high-calibre researchers from around the world. As fellows commence and progress through the programme, they will benefit from access to cutting-edge facilities, mentorship from leading scholars, and a comprehensive two-year training and career development framework. Fellows will pursue innovative, researcher-led projects aligned with their expertise and ambitions, while also gaining valuable international experience through secondments at world-renowned institutions. Together, they will contribute to advancing knowledge, fostering collaboration, and strengthening ROSETTA’s growing global research community.
