Digital Transformation & Time: Paper Development Workshop

ROSETTA held it’s first Winter School over a two-day theme on ‘Digital Transformation and Time’ Paper Development Workshop on 15th and 16th October 2025 at the J.E. Cairnes School of Business & Economics at University of Galway.

Across two vibrant and thought-provoking days, the workshop brought together international scholars to explore the intersection of Digital Responsibility and Time, and to support the development of impactful interdisciplinary research.

We also had the pleasure of welcoming internationally renowned scholars including Professor Jason Thatcher, Professor Jan vom Brocke, and Professor Michelle Carter, who each delivered engaging keynotes and panels on crafting meaningful research, shaping impactful agendas, and navigating the publication process.

We were delighted to see strong representation from our academic community, with Professor Kieran Conboy, Dr. Noel Carroll, and Dr. Mahya Ostovar leading key sessions. Invited mentors, Dr Amir Haj-Bolouri (University West), Prof Ashish Jha (TCD), and Dr Catriona Burke (UL) also participated across rich panel discussions and open Q&As that addressed both emerging research challenges and the realities of academic publishing.

The full agenda can be found at the ROSETTA Winter School Agenda 2025
